That was beautiful hotel set in good area, really close to Dallas. The location was favourable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. We randomly popped in Hot Pancakes serving some pastries, located not very far from the property, it was nice.

Travelled with my brother, spent 4 nights here and had a good stay. The stuff was very friendly, offered me wake up service and ironing free of charge. Location: the hotel was next to Dallas. Café Hot Pancakes located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The staff at Residence Inn were exceptional. I was traveling with my elderly mother who has dementia and they showed such compassion and understanding towards her. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the spacious rooms and breakfast choices were a great plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff and comfortable accommodations.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a kitchen and 2 queen beds and the bar was not a problem. The price is just right - me$ 162. The location is convenient and magnificent, 2 miles from The Interurban Railway Museum.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Dallas area, making it easy to explore the city. The spacious rooms and big walk-in showers were a great advantage for my family. We also enjoyed the complimentary Netflix and free Showtime, providing entertainment during our stay.

It would have been nice to have a variety, especially considering other locations in Oklahoma offer different options daily.

Clean hotel, amicable staff, convenient location in the middle of jackson. Variety of savoury food at breakfast time. Comfortable bed in the suite, plus cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator.
